Kate Wilson is an internationally recognised IP strategist and patent attorney - with real world business experience.

She has an in-depth understanding of what businesses need to succeed. Kate built her previous national IP law firm James & Wells, has significant Board experiences, built and run her own businesses outside of IP, plus managed the IP portfolios of many of New Zealand’s top iconic companies.

Her degrees in physics and chemistry combined with her deep immersion in the innovation space enables her to understand all science and technologies.

Her IP strategies focus on the needs of businesses with an understanding of the most valuable intangible assets that underpin their future successes.
